摘要
为探讨硅藻土用量对于橡胶沥青混合料路用性能的影响,基于车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和冻融劈裂强度试验等一系列室内试验,以18%橡胶沥青为对照组,研究了不同用量(8%、10%、12%、14%、16%)硅藻土与18%橡胶粉对复合改性沥青混合料高温性能、低温性能及水稳定性的影响规律。试验结果表明:适量的硅藻土不仅可提高复合改性沥青混合料的高温抗车辙和抗永久变形能力,还能增强沥青混合料在低温抗裂性能与抗水损害性能,综合各方面性能变化趋势及经济性,建议硅藻土用量为12%。
In order to explore the influence of diatomite content on the road performance of rubber asphalt mixture,based on a series of indoor tests such as rutting test,low temperature bending test and freeze-thaw splitting strength test,taking 18%rubber asphalt as the control group,the influence of different dosage(8%,10%,12%,14%,16%)diatomite and 18%rubber powder on the high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability of composite modified asphalt mixture were studied.The test results show that not only the high-temperature rutting resistance and permanent deformation resistance of the composite modified asphalt mixture have been improved,but also the low-temperature crack resistance and water damage resistance of the asphalt mixture have been enhanced.Based on the performance change trend and economy of all aspects,the dosage of diatomite is recommended to be 12%.
