基于不同纤维改性的沥青混合料水稳定性试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为减小水对沥青路面性能不利影响,采用木质素纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维和聚酯纤维分别改性沥青混合料,通过室内浸水马歇尔试验、浸水飞散试验、冻融劈裂试验,研究纤维类型及掺量对沥青混合料水稳定性影响规律。结果表明:聚丙烯腈纤维改性沥青混合料水稳定性最优,聚酯纤维改性沥青混合料次之;随纤维掺量增加,木质素纤维改性沥青混合料残留稳定度降低较显著,木质素纤维掺量增加0.1%,沥青混合料残留稳定度、浸水飞散损失、冻融劈裂抗拉强度比约降低3.5%、10.2%、3.2%;聚酯纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维对沥青混合料水稳定性影响规律基本一致。建议选用聚丙烯腈纤维改性沥青混合料,且最优掺量为0.1%。 In order to reduce the adverse effect of water on the performance of asphalt pavement,lignin fiber,polyacrylonitrile fiber and polyester fiber were used to modify the asphalt mixture respectively,and the influence of fiber type and dosage on the water stability of asphalt mixture was studied through indoor immersion Marshall test,water immersion fly dispersion test and freezethaw splitting test.The results show that the water stability of polyacrylonitrile fiber modified asphalt mixture is optimal,followed by polyester fiber modified asphalt mixture.With the increase of fiber doping,the residual stability of lignin fiber modified asphalt mixture decreased significantly.when the amount of lignin fiber blending increased by 0.1%,the residual stability,water immersion and dispersion loss,and freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength ratio of asphalt mixture decreased by about 3.5%,10.2%and 3.2%.The influence of polyester fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber on the water stability of asphalt mixture is basically the same.It is recommended to use polyacrylonitrile fiber,and the optimal dosage is 0.1%.
