沥青路面养护用抗老化薄层修复混合料及其应用性能

Anti Aging Thin Layer Repair Mixture for Asphalt Pavement Maintenance and Its Application Performance

传统雾封层技术应用于沥青路面预防性养护过程中存在二次撒砂与碾压工序,造成路面抗滑性能较差且后期耐磨耗性不足。为提高预养护效果,通过分析常见的沥青路面预防性养护技术,基于黏结性改善以及抗滑性能提高的改进角度,提出一种新型的沥青路面养护用抗老化薄层修复混合料。对该新型抗老化薄层修复混合料的抗老化、再生功能、耐磨耗及抗滑性等应用性能进行了研究分析,结果表明,新型抗老化薄层修复是一种先进的沥青路面预防养护技术,应用前景良好。

In the process of applying the traditional fog seal technology to the preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement,there are secondary sanding and rolling processes,resulting in poor skid resistance and insufficient wear resistance in the later stage.In order to improve the effect of pre maintenance,a new anti-aging thin layer repair mixture for asphalt pavement maintenance is proposed based on the analysis of common preventive maintenance technologies of asphalt pavement and the improvement of cohesion and skid resistance.The application performance of the new anti-aging thin layer repair mixture,such as anti-aging,regeneration function,wear resistance and skid resistance,was studied.The results show that the new anti-aging thin layer repair is an advanced preventive maintenance technology for asphalt pavement and has good application prospects.
