运动想象训练法联合康复护理对脑卒中患者神经源性膀胱功能的影响

Effect of exercise imagination training combined with rehabilitation nursing on neu-rogenic bladder function in patients after stroke

目的探讨运动想象训练法联合康复护理对脑卒中后患者神经源性膀胱功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月威海市中心医院收治的脑卒中后神经源性膀胱患者88例为研究对象,按档案抽签法将其分为参照组和研究组各44例,参照组给予常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上给予运动想象训练法联合康复护理模式干预,比较两组患者膀胱功能恢复情况、膀胱容量情况及生活质量。结果实施运动想象训练法联合康复护理干预后,研究组患者的膀胱功能恢复情况显著优于参照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的膀胱容量显著优于参照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的生活质量评分显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论将运动想象训练法联合康复护理应用于脑卒中后神经源性膀胱患者中,可有效改善患者膀胱容量,促进患者膀胱功能恢复,提高其的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of exercise imagination training combined with rehabilitation nursing on neurogenic bladder function in post-stroke patients.Methods A total of 88 patients with postapoplexy neurogenic bladder admitted to Weihai Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into reference group and study group with 44 cases in each group according to the file lottery method.The reference group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given motor imagination training combined with rehabilitation nursing mode intervention on the basis of the reference group.The recovery of bladder function,bladder volume and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the exercise imagination training combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention,the recovery of bladder function in the study group was significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The bladder volume in the study group was significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the study group were significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of exercise imagination training combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients with neurogenic bladder after stroke can effectively improve the bladder capacity,promote the recovery of bladder function and improve the quality of life of patients.
