摘要
使用Moldflow CAE分析软件,采用燕山石化公司聚丙烯K6810材料及韩国三星聚丙烯BU510材料进行了冰箱抽屉模流分析。采用正交试验方法进行试验设计,对冰箱抽屉模型进行了填充、保压、冷却及翘曲模拟分析。通过优化分析确定了熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间、注射压力等工艺参数,讨论了不同加工工艺条件对两种原材料的加工性能的影响。优化加工工艺结果表明,两种原材料具有相似的加工性能,通过优化的合适注塑加工工艺可以得到翘曲量较小、质量较好的冰箱抽屉制件产品。
Moldflow CAE analysis software was used to analyze the mold flow of refrigerator drawer with polypropylene K6810material from Yanshan Petrochemical Company and polypropylene BU510 material from Samsung, Korea. The orthogonal test method was used for the experimental design. The filling, pressure maintaining, cooling and warping simulation analysis of the refrigerator drawer model was carried out. The processing parameters such as melt temperature, mold temperature, injection time and injection pressure were determined through optimization analysis. The ef fects of dif ferent processing conditions on the processing properties of the two raw materials were discussed. The results show that the two raw materials have similar processing properties,and the refrigerator drawer products with small warpage and good quality can be obtained by optimizing the appropriate injection molding process.
