玻璃钢船体渗漏的粘接修补技术研究

摘要 介绍了玻璃钢船体破裂粘接修复工艺,阐述了玻璃钢船体渗漏的原因和整个粘接修复过程。通过气压法确定渗漏位置,然后采用丙酮清洗渗漏处,并用砂纸打磨,选用环氧底胶、环氧-呋喃胶和玻璃布为修复材料,通过交替涂胶和贴敷玻璃布的工艺完成玻璃钢船体渗漏的粘接修复过程,最后利用水压试验法来检测修复效果。 The bonding repair process of FRP boat is introduced in this article. The main reasons of leakage for FRP boat and the whole processes of bonding repair are illustrated. Barometric method is used to determine the location of the leakage, then the location of the leakage are erased with acetone and rubbed with sandpaper, the epoxy adhesive, epoxy-furan adhesive and fiberglass cloth are used for repair materials, the bonding repair process of the FRP boat is completed by alternately gluing and pasting glass cloth, finally the hydraulic test method is used to clarify the repair effect.
