摘要
为研究某高速公路沥青路面材料的路用性能,通过三大指标试验分析了橡胶粉和SBS掺量对于改性沥青基本性能的影响,采用马歇尔试验方法研究了橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的配合比设计,并在此基础上利用车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔和冻融劈裂试验分别探讨了橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的高温、低温和水稳定性。研究结果表明:橡胶粉和SBS改性剂的掺量宜为20%和4%,橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的最佳油石比为6.13%;橡胶粉与SBS复掺后在高温稳定性和低温抗裂性方面相对单一掺剂效果更显著,在水稳定性方面SBS效果更好,而橡胶粉具有制约作用。
In order to study the road performance of an expressway asphalt pavement material, the influence of the content of rubber powder and SBS on the basic performance of modified asphalt was analyzed through three index tests. The mix design of rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture was studied by Marshall test method. On this basis, the high temperature,low temperature and water stability of rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture were discussed by the rutting test, low temperature beam bending test, immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test. The study results show that: the optimum content of rubber powder and SBS modifier is 20% and 4%, and the optimum asphalt aggregate ratio of rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture is 6.13%;The effect of rubber powder and SBS on high-temperature stability and low-temperature crack resistance is more significant than that of a single admixture, and SBS has a better effect on water stability, while rubber powder has a restrictive effect.
