桥面防水粘结层材料室内及现场性能测试分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 选用SBR改性沥青、SBS改性沥青、SBS改性乳化沥青、专用防水涂料4种材料作为桥面防水粘结层材料,通过室内及现场试验分析对比不同防水粘结层材料的抗渗、抗拉拔、抗剪切、抗水损害、抗老化等性能,优选性能最佳的桥面防水粘结层材料。结果表明:SBS改性沥青和专用防水涂料的拉拔强度、剪切强度和高温性能较好,但抗水损害性能有待提高,而SBS改性乳化沥青的抗水损害性能和抗老化性能最好,但高温条件下的抗拉拔抗剪切性能不足;SBR改性沥青在高温条件下的拉拔强度和剪切强度最大,且具有较好的抗水损害和抗老化性能;与机械清扫施工相比,采用喷砂施工的桥面防水粘结层效果更好,且采用喷砂法处理桥面的SBR改性沥青防水粘结层现场剪切强度最佳,宜推荐作为桥面防水粘结层材料。 Four kinds of materials, SBR modified asphalt, SBS modified asphalt, SBS modified emulsified asphalt and special waterproof coating, were used as the waterproof cohesive layer materials for bridge deck.Through laboratory and on-site test analysis and comparison of the properties of impermeability, pull-out resistance, shear resistance, water damage resistance and aging resistance of different waterproof adhesive layer materials, the best-performing bridge deck waterproof adhesive layer material was selected. The results show that the tensile strength, shear strength and high temperature performance of SBS modifi ed asphalt and special waterproof coating are better, but the resistance to water damage should be improved. SBS modifi ed emulsifi ed asphalt has the best water resistance and anti-aging properties, but the tensile and shear resistance under high temperature conditions are insu ffi cient. The tensile strength and shear strength of SBR modifi ed asphalt under high temperature conditions are the largest, and it has good resistance to water damage and aging. Compared with mechanical cleaning construction, the waterproof cohesive layer with sandblasting is better, and the shear strength of the SBR modifi ed asphalt waterproof adhesive layer for the bridge deck with sandblating is the best. It is recommended to be used as the waterproof cohesive layer material for the bridge deck.
