高分子防水卷材的研究进展

防水材料的质量常影响建筑的使用年限,选择符合要求的防水材料十分重要。基于“双碳”目标,高分子防水卷材迎来了发展机遇,未来将成为防水卷材发展主流。该文从介绍不同种类的高分子防水卷材出发,总结了高分子防水卷材的研究现状,分析了具有较好发展前景的两种防水卷材。如今,屋面光伏发展势头正盛,高分子防水卷材在这一方面也将会有更多的应用。最后,针对高分子防水卷材仍与国外水平存在的差距提出了建议,国家和企业层面需发挥各自作用,使高分子防水卷材向着高质量、绿色环保的方向发展。

The quality of waterproofi ng materials af fects the service life of buildings, so it is very important to choose waterproofi ng materials that meet the requirements. Based on the goal of “Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”, polymer waterproofing membranes have ushered in development opportunities and will become the mainstream of waterproofi ng materials in the future.Starting from the introduction of dif ferent kinds of polymer waterproofi ng membranes, this paper summarized the research status of polymer waterproofing membranes and analyzed two kinds of waterproofing membranes with good development prospects.Nowadays, the development of photovoltaic roof is fl ourishing, and polymer waterproofi ng membrane will have more applications in this fi eld. Finally, some suggestions were put forward for the gap between our country and the foreign countries. The country and enterprises should exert their respective capabilities to ensure that the development of high quality and green environmental protection of polymer waterproofi ng membrane.
