摘要
凝结水精处理系统的正常运行对于超临界直流炉是至关重要的,可以连续去除热力系统的腐蚀产物和缩短机组启动时间。对某电厂1台高速混床电导率超标的问题从高混内部防腐、出口电导表显示不准、树脂再生质量差、树脂输送不平整等方面进行分析,同时在运行期间隔离检查高混并处理布水装置受力不均的根本原因,彻底解决了高混出水不合格的问题,并结合日常精处理系统运行情况制定了详细的技术措施。提高了高混周期制水量,降低了酸碱耗,提高了机组运行的安全性和经济性,取得良好的节能效果。
To address the problem of excessive conductivity of high-speed mixed bed in a power plant,the analysis was conducted from the aspects of internal corrosion of bed,inaccurate display of exit conductivity meter,poor quality of resin regeneration and uneven resin delivery,etc.It found out that the root cause was uneven force on the water distribution device,and the problem of unqualified water was completely solved by isolating and checking the high-speed mix bed during operation.Combined with the daily operation of the fine treatment system,detailed technical mea⁃sures were formulated to improve the water production in the process cycle,reduce acid and alkali consumption,and improve the safety and economy of the unit operation,leading to good energy-saving results.
