浅谈某钢铁企业生产废水零排放工程案例

Discussion on A Zero Discharge Project of Wastewater Production in A Steel Enterprise

某钢铁厂通过建设“预处理系统、深度处理系统、特殊废水处理系统、浓盐水浓缩减量系统”等系统,实现废水零排放。整个项目采用以“沉淀、过滤、脱氨、臭氧氧化、超滤、反渗透”为核心的组合工艺,对生产废水进行分级处理,处理后的废水作为回用水、生产新水、冲渣水在厂内实现了资源化利用。

A steel plant realizes zero wastewater discharge by constructing"pre-treatment system,deep treatment system,special wastewater treatment system and concentrated brine reduc⁃tion system".The whole project adopts the combination process of"sedimentation,filtration,deami⁃nation,ozone oxidation,ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis"as the core to treat the production waste⁃water in a graded manner,and the treated wastewater is used as reuse water,new production water and slag flushing water in the plant to realize resource utilization.
