摘要
草莓灰霉病是在草莓生产上普遍发生且难以治理的一种病害,对草莓的品质和产量影响很大。本文以句容市白兔镇草莓大棚染病果实作为试验材料,对其病原真菌进行分离培养与鉴定。结果表明,从草莓果实发病部位共分离纯化获得4株真菌菌株,均为灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea),且均为草莓果实致病菌。基于此,根据当地草莓灰霉病的实际发生情况,制定了综合防治措施,以期为当地有效预防和控制草莓灰霉病提供参考。
Strawberry gray mold is a common disease in strawberry production and difficult to control,which has a serious impact on the quality and yield of strawberry.In this paper,infected fruits in strawberry greenhouse in Baitu Town of Jurong City were used as experimental materials to isolate,culture and identify the pathogenic fungi of gray mold.The results showed that four fungal strains were isolated and purified from the diseased part of strawberry fruit,all of which were Botrytis cinerea,and all were pathogenic bacteria of strawberry fruit.Based on this,according to the actual situation of strawberry gray mold,comprehensive control measures were formulated,so as to provide references for effective prevention and control of strawberry gray mold in the local area.
