摘要
为加强农业气象灾害监测预警和提高为农服务能力,采用偏度-峰度系数检验方法和幂指数方法重新构建降水正态分布,建立淮南市旱涝气象指标。结果表明:二十四节气共有相应级别旱涝指标144个;二十四节气降水量旱涝指标能够有效地反映出淮南市旱涝状况;从旱涝灾害特征分析,时间跨度越长,干旱指标指示性越好;洪涝指标采用芒种至处暑6个降水量较大的节气指标更加科学。
In order to strengthen the agricultural meteorological disaster monitoring and warning and improve the service ability for agriculture,the skewness-kurtosis coefficient test method and power index method were used to reconstruct the positive distribution of precipitation,and the drought and flood meteorological index in Huainan City was established.The results showed that there were 144 drought and flood indexes of corresponding levels in twenty-four solar terms.The drought and flood index of precipitation in twenty-four solar terms could effectively reflect the drought and flood situation of Huainan City.Through the analysis of drought and flood disaster characteristics,the longer the time span,the better the drought index.It was more scientific for flood index to adopt six solar terms from White Dew to End of Heat with higher precipitation.
