面部低负压吸脂联合低能量双极射频在面部塑形和面部年轻化的应用

Clinical application of low negative pressure liposuction combined with low-energy bipolar radio frequency in facial rejuvenation and contour remodeling

目的探讨面部低负压吸脂联合低能量双极射频Facetite在面部塑形和面部年轻化中的临床效果。方法对93例患者采用低负压吸脂联合低能量双极射频治疗。随访6个月,由医师和患者评价术后效果,并统计手术并发症的发生情况。结果额区吸脂14例,单侧平均吸脂量为9.1ml;颞区吸脂6例,单侧平均吸脂量为6.1ml;颧弓区吸脂29例,单侧平均吸脂量为4.2ml;“苹果肌”区吸脂73例,单侧平均吸脂量为4.9ml;面颊区吸脂77例,单侧平均吸脂量为7.2ml;下颌区吸脂68例,单侧平均吸脂量为11.8ml。术后效果良好,医师评价和患者自评有效率皆达90%以上。术后感染1例,皮肤烫伤3例,面神经挫伤3例,其余患者无并发症发生。结论面部低负压吸脂联合低能量双极射频能改善面部脂肪堆积及面部皮肤松垂的问题,效果可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of low negative pressure liposuction combined with low-energy bipolar radio frequency in the treatment of facial fat accumulation and poor contour.Methods 93 patients with fat accumulation and poor contour were included.After 6 months of follow-up,the efficacy was evaluated by plastic surgeons and patients.The incidence of postoperative complications was counted.Results There were 14 cases underwent liposuction in the frontal region,with an average unilateral liposuction volume of 9.1 ml.There were 6 cases underwent liposuction in the temporal region,with an average unilateral liposuction volume of 6.1 ml.There were 29 cases underwent liposuction in the zygomatic arch area,with an average unilateral liposuction volume of 4.2 ml;There were 73 cases underwent liposuction in the cheekbone area,with an average unilateral liposuction volume of 4.9 ml;There were 77 cases underwent liposuction in the cheek area,with an average unilateral liposuction volume of 7.2ml;There were 68 cases underwent liposuction in the mandibular region,with an average unilateral liposuction volume was 11.8 ml.The operation effect was excellent.The effective rate of physician evaluation and patients'self-evaluation were more than 90%.1 patient occurred infection.3 patients occurred skin scald.3 patients occurred facial nerve injury.Other patients had no complications.Conclusion The low negative pressure liposuction combined with low-energy bipolar radio frequency is a safe and effective method to improve fat accumulation and poor contour.It should be considerable for clinical popularization and application.
