黄金微针联合舒敏治疗仪治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of gold microneedle combined with Shumin Therapeutic apparatus on Rosette acne

目的探讨黄金微针联合舒敏治疗仪治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效观察。方法选取2021年6月-2022年6月于我院的玫瑰痤疮患者92例,随机分为两组。对照组应用舒敏治疗仪+异维A酸胶囊,研究组在此基础上应用黄金微针,观察比对两组治疗前后的皮肤生理指标、症状评分、角质层完整性、生活质量以及治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后油脂、表皮含水评分均比对照组高,TEWL、毛细血管扩张、红斑、潮红评分比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后Acne-QOL评分比对照组高,粘脱蛋白含量、丝氨酸蛋白活性比对照组低;研究组治疗总有效率(95.66%)比对照组(76.09%)高(P<0.05)。结论玫瑰痤疮患者联合应用舒敏治疗仪+黄金微针效果理想,不仅可以修复角质层,同时可以改善患者的皮肤生理功能,加速皮肤屏障的修复和疾病症状的改善,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of gold microneedles combined with Shumin therapeutic instrument on rosette acne.Methods Ninety-two patients with rosette acne in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Shumin therapy instrument+isotretinoic acid capsule,and the study group was treated with gold microneedles on this basis to observe and compare the skin physiological indexes,symptom score,cuticle integrity,quality of life and therapeutic effect of the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of oil and epidermal water in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of TEWL,telangiectasia,erythema and flushing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Acne QOL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the content and activity of serine protein were lower than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the study group(95.66%)was higher than that of the control group(76.09%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shumin therapeutic instrument+gold microneedle in rosacea patients has an ideal effect,which can not only repair the cuticle,but also improve the physiological function of the skin,accelerate the repair of the skin barrier and the improvement of the disease symptoms,which is worthy of popularization and application.
