摘要
2022年7月初,全国总工会办公厅、国家卫生健康委办公厅联合印发《关于推荐申报2022年全国爱心托育用人单位的通知》(以下简称《通知》),全国总工会、国家卫生健康委7月15日联合召开用人单位提供托育服务工作推进会。由此,推进用人单位提供托育服务工作正式拉开帷幕。如何满足用人单位职工托育服务需求,着力解决职工托育服务困难、便捷性不足等问题,有序、有效、扎实、持久推进好这项工作,是各级工会、相关职能部门、用人单位需要认真思考、仔细筹划的重要问题。具体来说,要着力解决好“五大困扰”。
It is imperative to speed up the summarization and spread of the experience in piloting child care service offered by employers;to set up innovative, reproducible and propagable examples that suit people’s needs;to set up benchmarks of daycare service offered by employers;to strengthen the leading role of models,so that the nationwide implementation of the task can get on track as soon as possible, contributing to the establishment of an inclusive child care service system and benefiting the employees to the maximum extent.
