Charity with “Buddhist Relics in Ink”——In Memory of Master Hsing Yun

得知星云大师圆寂的消息时,我眼前顿时浮现出大师的音容笑貌,思绪翻涌。回忆起2019年,《佛教藏经》国际学术研讨会圆满成功,当时我随团于我国台湾地区的佛光山有幸拜见星云大师,并获大师面赠《佛法真义》一书。当时,大师的“一笔字”正是我在攻读博士期间关注研究的课题内容之一,与大师当日会面的情景,今时仍在眼前。

When I visited Foguang Mountain Education Foundation in 2019, after listening to the introduction of the staff, I was deeply moved by the selfless devotion to the public welfare of the foundation, which was also an extension of the four virtues of giving proposed by Master Hsing Yun. Through the operation of the foundation, the efforts of Master Hsing Yun’s whole life have been disseminated in public welfare undertakings such as the popularization of Buddhism and cultural education.
