摘要
发电厂房中蜗壳结构的安全稳定对水电站的正常运行至关重要,而其复杂的空间结构特征,使蜗壳的结构设计存在难度。本文依托国外某水电站工程,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对发电厂房中的蜗壳结构建立三维模型并进行计算,得到蜗壳结构的应力分布情况,据此对蜗壳的结构设计的合理性进行验证,并进行相应的配筋计算。目前该工程已发电运行多年,给当地创造了良好的经济效益,发电厂房内的蜗壳结构状况良好。本工程的蜗壳设计计算方法可以为类似工程提供参考。
The safety and stability of the volute structure in the power plant building is very important for the normal operation of the hydropower station.However,its complex spatial structure characteristics make the design of the volute structure difficult.In this paper,relying on a hydropower station project abroad,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the volute structure in the power plant and calculate,and the stress distribution of the volute structure is obtained.Based on this,the rationality of the volute structure design is verified,and the corresponding reinforcement calculation is carried out.At present,the project has been running for many years,and has created good economic benefits for the local area.The volute structure in the power plant house is in good condition.The calculation method of volute design in this project can provide reference for similar projects.
