邻氯甲苯分子筛提纯吸附及动力学分析

摘要 通过实验研究邻氯甲苯中微量对氯甲苯的吸附,对不同类型的分子筛吸附剂进行筛选。结果表明:吸附剂C的吸附效果最优,最优吸附剂质量分数为12.5%,最优吸附时间为15 min;吸附过程为放热、熵减过程,且同时存在物理吸附和化学吸附;当对氯甲苯质量分数为0.45%时,吸附速率最快。 The adsorption of p-chlorotoluene in o-chlorotoluene was studied by experiments,and different types of molecular sieve adsorbent were screened.The results show that the adsorption effect of adsorbent C is the best.The optimal adsorbent dosage is 12.5%and the optimal adsorption time is 15 min.The adsorption process is exothermic and entropy decreasing,and there are physical adsorption and chemical adsorption at the same time.When the mass fraction of pchlorotoluene is 0.45%,the adsorption rate is the fastest.
