活血定眩汤联合针灸对椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Huoxue Dingxuan Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

目的分析活血定眩汤联合针灸对椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月笔者院CSA患者60例,随机分为实验组和常规组,各组30例。常规组予以常规药物联合针灸,实验组予以活血定眩汤联合针灸。对比两组疗效、血流动力学[基底动脉平均血流速度(TMFV)、收缩期峰值血流速度(PSVPI)]、细胞因子[神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)、内皮素(ET)]水平、中医证候积分。结果实验组总有效率93.33%(28/30)较常规组73.33%(22/30)高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TMFV、PSVPI均较治疗前提高,且实验组高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NSE、ET水平均较治疗前降低,且实验组低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且实验组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论活血定眩汤联合针灸治疗CSA患者可提高疗效,缓解症状。

Objective to analyze the clinical effect of Huoxue Dingxuan decoction combined with acupuncture on patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA).Methods 60 patients with CsA in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and routine group,with 30 patients in each group.The routine group was given routine drugs combined with acupuncture,and the experimental group was given Huoxue Dingxuan decoction combined with acupuncture.The curative effect,hemodynamics[mean blood flow velocity of basilar artery(tmfv),peak systolic blood flow velocity(psvpi)],cytokines[neuron specific enolase(NSE),endothelin(ET)]and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%(28/30)higher than that of the conventional group(73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05));After treatment,tmfv and psvpi in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of NSE and ET in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that of the experimental group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Dingxuan decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the curative effect and relieve the symptoms of CSA patients.
