摘要
应对上海泰和水厂深度处理改造工程工期需要,设计和施工了一座双面叠合板装配整体式混凝土水池。首先介绍了各拼缝连接节点的设计思路及现场施工情况,然后对工期进度和满水试验结果进行了说明。壁板与底板水平拼缝连接节点采用止水钢板和遇水膨胀橡胶止水条,壁板竖向拼缝和转角拼缝处混凝土连续浇筑,可保证池体防水性能;相较于现浇结构,双面叠合板装配整体式混凝土水池可缩短工期、加快工程进度、保证工程质量、具有推广价值。
In order to adopt demands of the advanced treatment and reconstruction project of Shanghai Taihe water plant,a concrete water tank with integral connection assembled by double-sided laminated plates was designed and constructed.Firstly,the design idea of each joint connection node and construction points of were introduced.Then the construction schedule and the results of full water test were introduced.The connection joint between wall and the bottom plate adopts water stop steel plate and water swelling rubber water stop strip.The concrete at the vertical joint and comer joint of wall plate was poured continuously,which can ensure waterproof performance of the water tank.Compared with cast-in-situ structure,the double-sided laminated plate assembly integral connection concrete water tank could shorten construction period,speed up project progress and ensure project quality,which is of popularization value.
