摘要
以深圳某连拱隧道工程为背景,新建市政隧道紧邻既有地铁盾构区间及人防洞室,采用悬臂掘进机开挖。本文建立了机械振动评估模型,开展相应的有限元数值计算,将机械引起的振动波等效为强制位移,分析了在悬臂式掘进机施工产生的动力作用下,既有结构对机械振动的响应特点及变形、内力分析,评估了既有区间及人防结构的安全性。结果表明新建隧道采用悬臂式掘进机开挖对既有结构影响是可控的,为其他类似复杂环境下的隧道工程提供了可行的开挖工艺选择。
Based on a tunnel construction project at Shenzhen,a newly built tunnel which is close to metro interval and civil air defense,excavated by cantilever roadheader.This paper established the evaluation model for mechanism vibration and carry out corresponding finite element numerical calculation.Meantime,the mechanical vibration waves was equivalented to forced displacements.Response characteristics of existing structure to mechanical vibration and analysis of deformation and stress were analyzed with the dynamic effect caused by cantilever roadheader.The safety of existing interval and civil air defense con structure was evaluated.Results showed that the impact of mechanical excavation on the existing structure is controllable,which should provide excavation process options for other tunnel projects under similar complicated circumstance.
