摘要 作为保证铁路运行安全的重要设备,道岔转换设备的健康状态监测及分析具有十分重要的现实意义。根据力传感器销轴可实时监测道岔转换阻力这一直观反映道岔转换设备工作状态的重要参数,通过建立评估分析模型进行大数据分析,从而有效地掌握道岔转换设备的状态,并给出相关维护建议。同时,设计了一种主副销冗余安全结构,在监测道岔转换阻力的同时,保证了道岔转换设备的安全性和可靠性。 The turnout switching equipment is an important equipment to ensure the safety of railway operation.It is of great practical significance to monitor and analyze the health status of the turnout switching equipment.The system adopts the shaft pin with force sensor to have a real-time monitoring of resistance force for turnout switching,which is an important parameter to directly reflect the working status of turnout switching equipment.Through the establishment of evaluation and analysis model for big data analysis,the status of the turnout switching equipment can be effectively grasped,and relevant maintenance suggestions are given.At the same time,a redundant structure based on the main and auxiliary pins is designed,which ensures the safety and reliability of the turnout switching equipment while monitoring the turnout resistance force.
