摘要
为提高轴承座动强度设计效率,降低研制成本,通过试验测试及数值模拟的方法,研究了某型航空发动机轴承座动强度的评估方法。研究发现,有限元方法计算获得的温度载荷与试验结果基本一致,动强度分析所用温度仿真结果可行;采用周期性交变载荷离散化的方法模拟轴承座承受转子振动应力方法可行。该方法实现了非试验条件下的发动机轴承座动强度设计评估,更好地保证了轴承座工作可靠性,并经工程验证可行。
In order to improve the dynamic strength design efficiency of the bearing housing,reduce its design costs,a dynamic strength evaluation method of the aeroengine bearing housing is studied.The study found that the temperature load obtained by the finite element method is basically consistent with the test results,and the temperature simulation results used in the dynamic strength analysis are feasible.The way of using periodic alternating load discretization method to simulate the bearing housing to afford the rotor vibration stress is feasible.This method realizes the engine bearing housing dynamic strength design under non-test conditions,which better guarantees the reliability of the bearing housing and is feasible after engineering verification.
