摘要
随着ChatGPT的出现,人工智能给人文社会科学领域的科研和大学教育造成的冲击正在引发全球范围内的广泛讨论。从学术层面看,以ChatGPT为代表的人工智能产品正在塑造新的教学科研生态,并以工具身份协助人类从事科研创新。虽然人工智能给学习提供了便利,但是无法替代学生通过学习获得能力的提升,因此教学中更应强调对学生批判性思维、独立思考意识的培养。从社会层面看,人工智能已逐渐成为沟通人与信息系统的基础设施之一,但其使用可能引发一系列的数据安全和法律问题。最后,作为基于自然语言的语言模型,ChatGPT这类人工智能产品缺乏语言、语用、变体多样性,且尚未实现自反性,因此可以促使我们更好地理解人类语言和人类智能。
With the advent of ChatGPT,the impact of AI on scientific research and university education in the humanities and social sciences is sparking widespread discussion worldwide.At the academic level,AI products represented by ChatGPT are shaping a new teaching and research ecology and assisting people in research as an innovation tool.Although AI provides convenience to learning,it cannot replace students to gain competence through learning,so teaching should emphasize more on the development of students’critical thinking and independent thinking.From the social perspective,AI has gradually become one of the infrastructures to communicate between human and information systems,but its use may raise a series of data security and legal issues.Finally,as a language model based on natural language,AI products such as ChatGPT lack linguistic,pragmatic,and variable diversity and have not yet achieved self-reflexivity,and thus can contribute to a better understanding of human language and human intelligence.
