The Xibaipo spirit has come into being owing to practices of the CPC during Xibaipo period.The wholehearted devotion of the CPC members to the people is the gist,connotation and essence,and their persistence in working for the interests of the people,regarding the people as their master,and trying to build the broadest united front has paved way to victory of the liberation war and the development upon the founding of new China.The wholehearted devotion to the people continues to play an important role in the strive for a better futurc.
