贯泾港优质水厂在兼顾不同水源条件下的工艺设计 被引量:1

摘要 嘉兴市贯泾港优质水厂是一座以浙江省千岛湖引水工程为水源,为实现向城市供给优质水为目标而建设的水厂。虽然千岛湖原水水质优良,但当长距离引水系统检修或发生故障时,该水厂需要切换为原水水质一般的本地河网水。为了以兼顾两种水源条件和运行经济性,工艺设计在以“常规处理-臭氧活性炭深度处理”为核心的基础上,采用了“紫外-加氯”多屏障消毒工艺,同时为保障水源切换过程中供水管网水质稳定,采取了逐步切换、加药调节和管道冲洗等措施。投产运行以来,供水水质达到《浙江省城市供水现代化水厂评价标准》(2018版)中现代化水厂出厂水优质标准。 Jiaxing Guanjinggang high-quality water plant is built with the Thousand Islet Lake water diversion project as the water source to achieve the goal of supplying high-quality water to city.Although the raw water quality of Thousand Islet Lake is excellent,when the long-distance water diversion system is overhauled or fails,the water plant must switch to the local river network water with ordinary raw water quality.In order to give consideration to both water source conditions and operation economy,on the basis of"conventional treatment-Os/BAC advanced treatment"as the core,the process design also adopts the"UV-CI"multi-barrier disinfection.At the same time,in order to ensure the water quality of the water supply network is stable during the water source switching process,measures such as gradual switching,dosing regulation and pipeline flushing have been taken.Since it was put into operation,the water quality meets the Quality standard of water produced by modern plants in Zhejiang(2018).
