摘要 以天府新区某中央商务区作为研究对象,利用InFoWorks ICM模型模拟100年一遇最不利1 h降雨时,该区域现状城市水系排水能力以及内涝分布情况。根据模拟结果,对区域排水防涝系统进行优化。通过调整“规划待建河道路径+局部区域排水方向”的优化方案实现城市排水防涝的综合性系统解决方案。优化方案减小了规划待建河道的规模和埋深,最大程度地利用现状湖泊的调蓄空间并发挥了现状排水管网的调蓄和排泄能力,使得极端降雨条件下的区域排水防涝风险可控。 As a research object in a central business district in Tianfu New District,using the InfoWorks ICM model simulation 1o0 years in the most unfavorable lh rainfall,the regional urban water drainage capacity and the distribution of internal floods,and according to the simulation results,the regional drainage and flood system optimization.A comprehensive system solution for urban drainage and flood control is achieved by"adjusting the planning of river road path+adjusting local area drainage direction".The optimization solution reduces the scale and depth of the plan to be constructed,and maximize the use of the status quo lakes and exerts the storage and excretion capacity of the current drainage pipe network,so that the regional drainage risks under extreme rainfall conditions.
