摘要
为提高中长距离输水管线的安全稳定性,对修水县第三水厂22.6 km原水管线进行技术改造,改造分为管线安全设施改造与压力管控平台搭建两部分。通过改造,管线压力稳定性得以进一步提升,突然失电停泵时最大水击增压波为稳态压力的1.1倍以内,局部高点处负压也控制在合理范围内,有效降低了弥合水锤发生的风险,满足安全运行的要求。同时平台可实现压力预警反馈、爆管定位溯源、设备故障诊断等功能,有效提升管线安全运行能力及管理能效。
In order to improve the safety and stability of medium and long-distance water transmission pipelines,the 22.6 km raw water pipeline of Xiushui No.3 water plant is technically reconstructed,which is divided into two parts including the reconstruction of pipeline safety facilities and the construction of pressure control platform.Through the transformation,the pressure stability of the pipeline can be further improved.When the pump is suddenly powered off and stopped,the maximum water hammer pressurization wave is within 1.1 times of the steady-state pressure,and the negative pressure at the local high point is also controlled within a reasonable range,which effectively reduces the risk of water hammer and meets the requirements of safe operation.At the same time,the platform can realize the functions of pressure early warning and feedback,pipe burst positioning and trace ability,equipment fault diagnosis.Effectively improve the safe operation ability and management energy efficiency of pipelines.
