4KHZ-2.1A型自走式食葵收获机的研制与试验

摘要 针对新疆现有的背负式食葵收获机,在食葵收获过程中存在的劳动强度高、安全性差等问题,研制了4KHZ-2.1A型自走式食葵收获机。文中介绍了4KHZ-2.1A型自走式食葵收获机的整机结构、工作原理,并在田间试验中测得葵花籽破损率为3%、划皮率为5%、含杂率为1%。 In view of the problems of high labor intensity and poor safety in the existing backpack edible sunflower harvester in Xinjiang,a 4KHZ-2.1A self-propelled edible sunflower harvester was developed.The structure and working principle of 4KHZ-2.1A self-propelled edible sunflower harvester were introduced in this paper.In the field experiment,the damage rate of sunflower seeds was 3%,the peeling rate was 5%,and the impurity content was 1%.
