摘要
为提高新疆秋后棉田残膜回收机械化水平,解决传统残膜回收机械普遍存在的残膜回收率低、回收残膜含杂率高、残膜易缠绕和作业效率低等问题,本文研制了4MKJ残膜回收打捆与秸秆粉碎联合作业机,主要用于棉花秋收后当年残膜回收打捆与秸秆粉碎还田。文中介绍了联合作业机的结构组成、工作原理、主要技术参数、技术特点、样机试制及田间试验情况。
In order to improve the mechanization level of residual film recovery in cotton fields after autumn in Xinjiang,and solve the problems of low residual film recovery rate,high impurity rate of residual film recovery,easy winding of residual film and low operation efficiency in traditional residual film recovery machinery,a 4MKJ residual film recovery baling and straw crushing combined operation machine was developend in this paper,which is mainly used for residual film recovery baling and straw crushing and returning to the field in the year after cotton autumn harvest.The structure,working principle,main technical parameters,technical characteristics,prototype trial production and field test of the combined operation machine were introduced in this paper.
