摘要
目前,我国金银花收获大多采用人工采收,存在用工量大、效率低、分离差等问题。为此,设计了一种自走式金银花收获机。该机能够实现对成熟金银花的采收、输送、分离及储藏等功能。通过设计分析,该机操作方便、作业效率高、分离效果好、能够减少大量劳动力,研究内容可对金银花机械化收获的发展提供参考。
At present,the honeysuckle harvest in China is mostly manual,which has the problems of large labor consumption,low efficiency and low separation rate.Therefore,a self-propelled honeysuckle harvester was designed.This machine can realize the functions of harvest,transportation,separation and storage of mature honeysuckle.Through design and analysis,the machine is easy to operate and has high operation efficiency,good separation effect,and can release a large number of labor force,this design can provides research basis for development of honeysuckle mechanized harvest.
