摘要
肝癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率一直位于癌症排名的前列,已然对全世界人类的健康构成严重的威胁。影像组学指高通量从影像学图像中提取大量图像特征,来量化肿瘤组织在医学成像中表现出的差异,其研究流程主要包括:(1)图像的获取;(2)图像的分割;(3)特征的提取和量化;(4)特征的选择(降维);(5)模型的建立和评估。影像组学作为一种非侵入式、高效的方法,已广泛应用于肝癌的诊断、疗效评估和预后预测等方面,为肝癌患者选择个性化、精准化的治疗方案提供了参考。本文主要探究近年来影像组学在肝癌领域应用的研究进展,并展望肝癌影像组学的发展前景。
Liver cancer is one of the most common malignancies,and its morbidity and mortality rates have been at the top of cancer leader boards,already posing a serious threat to human health worldwide.Radiomics refers to the high-throughput extraction of large amounts of image features from radiographic images to quantify the differences in oncologic tissues.The research process mainly includes:(1)image acquisition;(2)image segmentation;(3)feature extraction and quantification;(4)feature selection(dimensionality reduction);(5)model establishment and evaluation.As a non-invasive and efficient method,radiomics has been widely used in the diagnosis,curative effect evaluation and prognosis prediction of liver cancer,providing a reference for patients with liver cancer to choose personalized and accurate treatment plans.This article mainly explores the research progress of radiomics in the field of liver cancer in recent years,and looks forward to the development prospect of radiomics in liver cancer.
