陆海统筹视角下温州市海岸带国土空间开发利用时空变化特征研究

Spatial-temporal variation characteristics of territorial space development and utilization in Wenzhou coastal zone from the perspective of land-sea integration

对海岸带国土空间开发利用演变进行研究,有助于为海岸带陆海统筹与可持续发展提供新的思路与支撑。基于温州市海岸带多时相土地利用数据、遥感影像数据和综合海域使用数据,从陆域系统的景观格局与土地开发利用程度、海域系统的使用结构与多样性、大陆海岸线变迁三个角度研究温州市海岸带国土空间开发利用特征的时空变化特征。结果表明:(1) 1990-2018年温州市海岸带陆域系统景观动态变化显著,林地、耕地、城乡工矿居民用地和水域的面积变化幅度较大,主要表现为1995年前耕地转变为林地,1995年后其他景观转变为城乡工矿居民用地;(2) 1990-2018年温州市海岸带陆域系统景观空间格局整体上呈现破碎化趋势,但在2015年后情况有所好转;(3) 1990-2018年温州市海岸带开发利用程度总体呈现不断增强趋势,陆域系统和海域系统的开发利用结构趋于均衡化和多元化,大陆海岸线趋于平直并向海侧推移。

The research on the evolution of territorial space development and utilization of the coastal zone is helpful to provide new ideas and support for the land-sea coordination and sustainable development of the coastal zone.The article is based on multi-temporal land use data,remote sensing image data and comprehensive sea area use data in the coastal zone of Wenzhou.From the perspectives of landscape pattern and degree of land development and utilization of land sys⁃tem,the use structure and diversity of sea system,and continental coastline changes to study Spatial and temporal varia⁃tion characteristics of territorial space development and utilization characteristics of Wenzhou coastal zone.The results show that:(1)In the past 28 years(1990-2018),the landscape of the coastal zone land system in Wenzhou has changed significantly.The area of forest land,cultivated land,urban and rural industrial and mining residential land and water area has changed greatly,and the main manifestation is that cultivated land has been transformed into forest land before 1995.Other landscapes were transformed into urban and rural industrial and mining residential land after 1995;(2)the landscape spatial pattern of Wenzhou coastal land system showed a trend of fragmentation in the past 28 years(1990-2018),but the situation improved after 2015;(3)In the past 28 years(1990-2018),the development and utilization de⁃gree of Wenzhou's coastal zone has been increasing.The development and utilization structure of land system and sea system tends to be balanced and diversified,and the continental coastline tends to be straight and move to the sea side.
