摘要
在项目施工现场5083铝合金管道及设备的TIG焊接过程中,经常会出现气孔、裂纹、夹杂等焊接缺陷,焊接缺陷的存在或焊缝多次返修处理不仅不能满足生产需求,甚至可能给化工装置的安全运行造成重大隐患。文章通过对施工过程中5083铝合金TIG焊接缺陷的产生原因进行了分析总结,并针对不同的焊接缺陷给出了相应的预防措施,有效降低了5083铝合金焊接缺陷的发生频率,提高了项目现场5083铝合金的焊接一次合格率,为后续5083铝合金焊接质量提升提供借鉴。
In TIG welding process of 5083 aluminum alloy pipeline and equipment at the project construction site,there were often welding defects such as pores,cracks,inclusions,and so on.The existence of welding defects or repeated repair of welds could not meet the production requirements,and might even cause major hidden dangers to the safe operation of chemical plants.Causes of TIG welding defects of 5083 aluminum alloy during construction were systematically analyzed in the paper.Corresponding prevention measures for different welding defects were put forward,which effectively reduced the occurrence of 5083 aluminum alloy welding defects,and improved the first-pass rate of 5083 aluminum alloy welding at the project site.It provided reference for the subsequent improvement of welding quality of 5083 aluminum alloy.
