基于海相淤泥土的流动化处治试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对沿海地区大量淤泥质土难以处理、肥槽回填施工质量难以控制等问题,提出了淤泥流动化处治技术并进行了示范工程应用。结合宁波宁海某隧道工程的淤泥土开展室内试验,分析不同配比下淤泥改良流动化土流动性、无侧限抗压强度的变化规律。结果表明:水泥、矿粉、激发剂a、激发剂b分别外掺干土质量的5%、25%、0.4%、0.6%,水固比为0.950,满足流动化回填土的设计要求。在宁波宁海G228工程中将淤泥土流动处治后应用于肥槽回填并实测其应用效果,采用室内试验得到的配合比进行拌和浇筑后,完全满足肥槽回填土要求。 Aiming at the problems that a large amount of muddy soil in coastal areas is difficult to deal with and the quality of fertilizer trough backfill construction is difficult to control,the sludge flow treatment technology is proposed and applied in demonstration projects.Combined with the silt soil of a tunnel project in Ninghai,Ningbo,the indoor test was carried out to analyze the variation law of the fluidity and unconfined compressive strength of the silt improved flowing soil under different ratios.The results show that cement,mineral powder,activator a and activator b are respectively mixed with 5%,25%,0.4%and 0.6%of dry soil mass,and the water-solid ratio is 0.950,which meets the design requirements of flowing backfill.In Ningbo Ninghai G228 project,the silt soil flow treatment is applied to the backfill of the fertilizer tank and its application effect is measured.After mixing and pouring with the mix ratio obtained by indoor test,it fully meets the requirements of the backfill of the fertilizer tank.
