摘要
玻璃厂各工段的智能化集中控制及玻璃厂底层生产数据的采集与上传,能够实现玻璃厂车间生产一级的自动化、智能化控制,能够进一步实现玻璃厂向数字化工厂、智能工厂、智慧工厂的转型。该文介绍了一种用于玻璃厂底层数据采集的MCC(电动机控制中心)集控系统,并对其中的一些关键技术进行了介绍。
Only by realizing the intelligent centralized control of each section of the glass plant and the collection and uploading of underlying production data of glass plant,the automatic and intelligent control function of the production level of the glass plant can be realized.And the transformation of the glass plant to digital plant,intelligent plant and smart plant can be further realized.This paper introduced a centralized control system of MCC(Motor Control Center)used for underlying data acquisition of the glass plant,and introduced some key technologies.
