方圆扣在大截面框架柱施工中的应用

Application of Square Column Fastener in the Construction of Large Section Frame Column

基于广西区邕武医院综合楼总承包项目的施工实例,针对项目框架柱截面尺寸形式较多、变化大的特点,采用了可调节式方圆扣柱模板加固件。介绍了方圆扣在框架柱模板加固中的应用,对方圆扣的使用优势及施工技术进行了分析,从实际施工运用中的操作性、安全性、经济性等方面进行了论述。实践证明,方圆扣技术能有效保障施工的质量和进度,实现安全文明施工和绿色施工,具有良好的应用前景。

Based on the construction example of the general contracting project of the comprehensive building of Yongwu Hospital in Guangxi,and in view of the characteristics of the project with many forms and large changes in sectional dimensions of frame columns,the adjustable square column fastener formwork reinforcement was adopted.This paper introduced the application of square column fastener in the reinforcement of frame column formwork,analyzed the advantages and construction technologies of square column fastener,and discussed the operability,security and economy in practical construction.The practice has proved that the square column fastener technology can effectively guarantee the quality and progress of construction,realize the safe&civilized construction and green construction.It has a good application prospect.
