摘要
为解决当前绿色建筑理念下,部分工程建筑自动化技术应用存在的不足与缺陷,开展了建筑自动化技术应用设计的全方位、多维度研究。通过采暖通风空调智能群控系统设计、节能照明设计、建筑重要附属设施节能设计、ASI建筑节能控制,提出了一种全新的建筑自动化技术应用设计。实例分析结果可知,新的应用设计,能够显著提升建筑工程可再生能源利用率,最高可达96%,改善了能源利用不充分的问题,符合绿色建筑理念的各项要求。
In order to solve the deficiencies and defects in the application of building automation technology in some projects under the current green building concept,a comprehensive and multi-dimensional research on the application design of building automation technology has been carried out.Through the design of intelligent group control system for heating,ventilation and air conditioning,energy-saving lighting design,energy-saving design of important auxiliary facilities of buildings,and ASI building energy-saving control,a new application design of building automation technology is proposed.The example analysis results show that the new application design can significantly improve the renewable energy utilization rate of construction projects,up to 96%,improve the problem of inadequate energy utilization,and meet the requirements of the green building concept.
