百年党史视域下教学团队建设实践路径与创新方法

Teaching team is an effective form to organically integrate teaching resources and promote teaching reform.Comparing with the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping speech and the experience of centennial CPC History,the article summarizes the practical experience of building a sports biochemistry teaching team under the guidance of centennial CPC History.This paper explores the practical paths and innovative methods of teaching team building from the perspective of centennial CPC History in terms of methods,teaching resource construction,team operation mechanism,and team building characteristics and innovation.Strengthening the construction of teaching team in learning leadership has good reference value and reference effect.
