突出药学类专业特色的物理化学教学改革

物理化学是药学专业学生一门重要的专业基础课和必修课程,开设的目的是为其专业课的学习奠定坚实的化学基础,解决药物生产及药剂开发过程中的实际问题。然而,目前药学类专业学生物理化学课程的教学沿用了传统的化学模式,所授内容与药学方向联系并不是很紧密,从而使该专业的学生产生了物理化学“难且无用”的错误认识。因此,药学类专业物理化学课程应以专业需求为导向,在教学内容、教学方法和教学形式上进行改革,使学生真正体会到物理化学的重要性,能够主动地将所学知识和本专业的相关内容联系起来,并灵活应用,从而真正发挥物理化学在该专业学习中承前启后的桥梁作用。

Physical Chemistry,as a fundamental professional course and a required course for pharmacy majors,is aimed at laying a solid theoretical foundation for their pursuit in professional course,and helping them address some problems related to the design,production and performance of medications in the productive process.However,the current teaching content listed in physical chemistry textbooks still places particular emphasis on chemistry itself and bears no close relation to pharmacy,thus,students of this major have the wrong understanding that physical chemistry is difficult and useless.Therefore,the reform of physical chemistry oriented towards pharmacy majors should focus on teaching content,teaching method and teaching mode and highlight the characteristics of pharmacy,thus enabling students to truly realize the significance of physical chemistry in pharmacy and become ready to explore the unknown.In this way can physical chemistry serve as a really effective bridge.
