摘要
随着信息化时代的迅猛发展,纷繁复杂的意识形态环境给军校思政课程教学带来极大挑战,积极探索军校思政课程中的教学互动路径,着力提升互动质效显得尤为重要。该文基于“约哈瑞窗”理论,结合平面直角坐标系划分军校思政课程开放型、主张型、无为型和孤立型四种教学互动风格并具象得出相应的互动质效。根据四种教学互动风格分析得出,在选取教学互动的路径时需要,一是扩大共感重叠,延展“开放”互动;二是压缩盲目窗口,避免“主张”互动;三是融入育人要点,杜绝“无为”互动;四是创新沟通机制,打破“孤立”互动,从而进一步构建军校思政课程高质效的教学互动模式。
With the rapid development of the information age,the complex ideology environment brings great challenges to teaching of ideological and political course in military academy.It is particularly important to actively explore the teaching interaction path in the ideological and political course of military academy and strive to improve the quality and efficiency of interaction.Based on the theory of"Johari window",combined with the plane rectangular coordinate system,this paper divides the four types of teaching interactive styles of ideological and political courses in military schools:open type,advocacy type,inaction type and isolation type,and obtains the corresponding interactive quality effect.According to the analysis of four interactive teaching styles,when choosing the path of teaching interaction,it is necessary to:first,expand the overlap of empathy and extend"open"interaction;second,compress blind windows and avoid"advocacy"interaction;third,integrate the key points of education and eliminate"inaction"interaction;fourth,innovate the communication mechanism and break the"isolated"interaction;further build a high-quality and effective teaching interactive model of ideological and political courses in military schools.
