脉冲进气条件下弹性约束导叶可调涡轮流场分析

摘要 基于可调弹性约束导叶径向涡轮的概念,采用FSI(流固耦合)方法,详细分析了脉冲进气条件下,弹性约束导叶(ERGV)涡轮的内部流场,研究了ERGV涡轮宏观性能变化的原因。结果表明,ERGV的跟随调节使导叶旋转角度和气流角度发生变化。相角90°位置,ERGV涡轮静子的总压损失系数大于原涡轮,ERGV转子进口的分离强度以及转子叶片出口熵值大于原涡轮;相角270°位置,ERGV涡轮的静子和转子通道的损失均小于原涡轮,低压脉冲周期和高压脉冲周期之间的差异最终导致ERGV涡轮效率略有下降,但流通能力提高,输出功率提升。 Based on the concept of radial turbine with adjustable elastically restrained guide vanes(ERGV),the internal flow field of ERGV turbines under pulsating intake conditions was analyzed in detail and the reasons of macroscopical performance changes were studied by using FSI(Fluid-Structure-Interaction)method.The results show that the following adjustment of ERGV changes the rotation angle of guide vane and the airflow angle.At the phase angle of 90°,the total pressure loss coefficient for the stator of ERGV turbine is larger than that for the original turbine,and the separation intensity at the inlet of ERGV rotor and the entropy at the outlet of rotor blade is larger than that of original turbine respectively.At the phase angle of 270°,the stator and rotor channel losses of ERGV turbine are smaller than those of original turbine.The difference between the low pressure pulse period and the high pressure pulse period ultimately leads to a slight decrease in the efficiency of ERGV turbine,but the flow capacity improves and the output power increases.
