摘要
人工凿井存在施工危险性高、施工进度慢及效果差等问题。为适应矿山安全发展理念,以及提高矿房施工天井的安全性、高效性,采用机械施工切割天井取代人工凿井。以七角井铁矿现有施工工艺为背景,分析该矿山凿岩成井方面存在的问题,提出采用KQG潜孔钻进行凿岩施工,并对深孔凿岩、爆破参数进行设计。通过组织KQG潜孔钻施工大孔径下向中深孔炮孔凿岩爆破,取得了较好的成井、拉槽爆破效果,表明采用机械施工切割天井代替人工凿井是大势所趋,通过优化施工工艺,可加快备采矿量的形成,为矿山安全、连续回收矿石创造条件,可在同类型矿山中应用推广。
Artificial shaft sinking has problems such as high construction risk,slow construction prog⁃ress and poor construction effect.In order to adapt to the concept of mine safety development and improve the safety and efficiency of the mine building construction patio,the mechanical construction cut patio replaces the artificial shaft sinking.Based on the existing construction technology of Qijiaojing Iron Mine,the existing problems in rock drilling and well formation of the mine is analyzed.It is proposed to use KQG DHT drilling for rock drilling construction,and design the parameters of KQG DHT drilling for rock drilling and blasting.By organizing KQG DHT drilling to carry out rock drilling and blasting with large hole down to medium and deep hole,good well formation and groove blasting effect has been achieved.It is a general trend to use me⁃chanical construction to cut the patio instead of manual drilling on this surface.It also proves that by optimiz⁃ing the construction technology,the formation of reserve mining can be accelerated,and conditions can be created for mine safety and continuous recovery of ore.It can be applied and popularized in the same type mine.
