窄粒级难分离物料旋流分离试验及模拟 被引量:1

摘要 为了对现有旋流分级设备进行优化升级,提高对窄粒级难分离物料的分级效果,针对传统旋流分级设备对于窄粒级物料的分级效率低下的问题,通过数值模拟试验手段,进行了旋流器排口比、锥角、直径及锥体组合方式的研究。研究得到了窄粒级物料分级提高分级精度的关键是减少中、细粒级进入沉砂中的概率,通过在合理范围内减小沉砂口口径、增加旋流器内径、增大旋流器锥体角度、采用锥体配合平底的组合形式等可提高旋流器对窄粒级分级的效率。 In order to optimize and upgrade the existing cyclone classification equipment and improve the classification effect of narrow-grained separated difficultly materials,aiming at the problem of low clas⁃sification efficiency of traditional cyclone classification equipment for narrow-grained materials,the swirler port ratio,cone angle,diameter and cone combination were studied by means of numerical simulation test.It is found that the key to improve the classification accuracy of narrow-grained materials is to reduce the probability of medium and fine-grained particles entering the sand.By reducing the diameter of the sand out⁃let within a reasonable range,increasing the inner diameter of the cyclone,increasing the angle of the cy⁃clone cone,and adopting the combination of the cone and the flat bottom,the efficiency of the cyclone for narrow-grained classification can be improved.
