摘要
安徽某铜熔炼渣含铜1.64%,铜主要以硫化铜和单质铜的形式存在,铜矿物粒度整体偏细,铜矿物集合体主要分布在-0.043 mm,为确定该熔炼渣回收铜资源的合适工艺,进行了浮选试验研究。试验结果表明:采用阶段磨矿工艺,在一段磨矿细度-0.074 mm74.2%、二段磨矿细度-0.045mm98.3%的条件下,通过2粗2精3扫浮选工艺流程,闭路试验获得了铜品位23.33%、铜回收率86.36%的铜精矿,尾矿含铜0.239%的较好指标。
A copper smelting slag in Anhui contains 1.64%copper.Copper mainly exists in the form of copper sulfide and elemental copper.The particle size of copper minerals is generally fine,and the cop⁃per mineral aggregates are mainly distributed at-0.043 mm.In order to determine the appropriate process for recovering copper resources from the smelting slag,a flotation test was carried out.The test results show that under the condition of one-stage grinding fineness of-0.074mm 74.2%and two-stage grinding fineness of-0.045mm 98.3%,by stage grinding process,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 23.33%and copper recovery of 86.36%was obtained by closed-circuit test through two roughing,two cleaning and three scavenging flotation process.The tailings contain 0.239%copper.
