摘要
为了解决石人沟铁矿采矿三期工程矿石中铁矿结晶颗粒变细、质量变差且混杂围岩较多、品位变低、矿石性质复杂多变给选矿生产带来的诸多难题,选矿车间通过对比流程试验进行了研究。采取3项优化提升措施:(1)控制球磨机给矿量,调整分级机溢流细度,提高返砂比;(2)调整磁选机选别间隙,定期清理磁选机槽,提高粗选阶段抛尾率3%左右;(3)更换高频细筛筛网,控制筛下产品细度-0.074 mm64%左右。优化后不仅实现了生产全铁品位68%以上的铁精粉,还达到了设计产能。
In order to solve the problems caused by the fine crystal particles,poor quality,more mixed surrounding rocks,low grade and complex and changeable ore properties in the ore of the third phase of Shirengou Iron Mine,the ore dressing workshop was studied by the comparing process tests.Three optimi⁃zation and improvement measures were taken:①controlling the feed rate of the ball mill,adjusting the over⁃flow fineness of the classifier,and increasing the sand return ratio;②adjusting the separation gap of the magnetic separator,cleaning the magnetic separator groove regularly,and improving the tailings rate of the roughing stage by about 3%;③Replace the high frequency fine screen mesh,control the fineness of the product under the screen is about-0.074mm 64%.After optimization,not only the iron concentrate with a to⁃tal iron grade of more than 68%was produced,but also the design capacity was achieved.
