摘要
为保障生态可持续发展,以某铁矿建设项目为研究对象,开展了环境影响评价工作。采用资料收集、监测数据分析等手段,通过对场地进行历史追溯和环境影响调查,依据国家相关技术规范,对建设项目施工期和完工阶段的周边环境进行评估。从周围环境、项目选址环境相容性、建设内容和产污环节几个方面,介绍了该铁矿建设项目的基本概况。同时,根据建设项目环评报告和验收监测报告数据,研究了项目建设对大气、水、声、土壤环境、固废等多方面产生的影响,并提出了相应的环境保护措施。结果表明:通过对比报告监测数据,项目施工期和完工阶段对周边环境均未产生明显不利影响;在生产工艺、环境污染措施等主体工程不发生重大变更的情况下,项目继续运营对周边环境的影响很小。
In order to ensure the sustainable development of ecology,the environmental impact assess⁃ment of an iron mine construction project was carried out.By means of data collection and monitoring data analysis,through the historical traceability and environmental impact investigation of the site,the surround⁃ing environment of the construction project during the construction period and the completion stage is evalu⁃ated according to the relevant national technical specifications.The basic situation of the iron mine construc⁃tion project is introduced from the aspects of surrounding environment,environmental compatibility of proj⁃ect site selection,construction content and pollution production.At the same time,according to the data of environmental impact assessment report and acceptance monitoring report of construction project,the influ⁃ence of project construction on atmosphere,water,sound,soil environment and solid waste was studied,and the corresponding environmental protection measures were put forward.The results show that by compar⁃ing the monitoring data of the report,there is no obvious adverse impact on the surrounding environment dur⁃ing the construction and completion stages of the project;in the case of no major changes in the production process,environmental pollution measures and other main projects,the continued operation of the project has little impact on the surrounding environment.
