Construction of Experiential Red Culture Education Model for College Student Party Members

通过分析红色文化融入高校学生党员教育的现状,提出解决当前高校学生党员红色文化教育面临困境问题的关键——采用基于体验式学习理论的党员红色文化教育模式,同时指出构建体验式党员红色文化教育模式的要点:加强顶层设计,明确目标,抓住实施关键;建设团队,消除陌生感,加强心灵融契度;创设情境,亲身体验,增强红色文化的吸引力;引导反思,分享讨论,强化红色文化的情感认同;实践运用,践行红色精神,传承红色气质。

By analyzing the current situation of integrating red culture into Party member education in colleges and universities,this paper proposes the key to solving the dilemma faced by the current Party member red culture education:adopting the Party member red culture education model based on experiential learning theory.At the same time,it points out the key points of constructing the experiential red culture education model for Party members:strengthen top-level design to clarify objectives,grasping the key to implementation;build a team to eliminate strangeness,strengthening the degree of spiritual harmony;create a situation for students to experience,increasing the attraction of red culture;guide students to reflect and share,strengthening the emotional identity of red culture;and apply red culture into real life,practising the red spirit and inheriting the red temperament.
