适应农理结合生物类专业的“微生物发酵工程”课程改革 被引量:2

摘要 基于一流本科和新农科建设发展需求,适应农理结合生物类本科专业人才培养要求,结合传统课堂教学和超星学习通平台优点,对“微生物发酵工程”课程教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学考核等进行了一系列改革探索,并尝试线上线下混合式教学模式,课程思政融入课堂,农业和环境生物学特色融入理论与实践教学,提高了学生自主学习的积极性,提升了学生综合运用知识的能力,为更好地培养创新型和复合应用型人才起到了引领示范作用。 Based on the development needs of“first-class undergraduate”and the New Agriscience construction,to adapt the undergraduate talent training requirements of biology major based on the integration of agriculture and science disciplines,a series of reforms are carried out in the course of Microbial Fermentation Engineering in terms of teaching objective,content,method and assessment,combined with the advantages of traditional classroom teaching and Chaoxing learning platform.In addition,the online and offline blended teaching model,the integration of“curriculum ideology and politics”into classroom teaching,and the integration of agriculture and environmental biology characteristics into theoretical and practical teaching are explored.The teaching reform of the Microbial Fermentation Engineering course effectively improves students’enthusiasm for independent learning and improves their ability to comprehensively apply knowledge,which plays a leading role in better training innovative and composite application-oriented talents.
